RITE Touch installed on glass door

Today I’m installing the new RITE Touch electronic push button lock on a glass door. The room is now being used as a child minding area so the door needs to be locked at all times.

The RITE Touch is a deadbolt type locking device with 3 bolts that extend into the frame. The lock doesn’t self latch but can be programmed to auto lock once
the door closes so it’s ideal for this application. The unit can be unlocked using a key code or proximity card. To show the keypad on the face of the lock you place your palm on the mirror front and it illuminates the keypad. You press the code and the bolt unlocks. This one is set to re-lock once the door has closed…
